Color Therapy is a series of 60 paintings on 14"x11" artist's paper which was initially started as a supplement to my journaling practice.
I plan to expand this series in the future as I continue to experiment with and expand my relationship to this visual supplementation for my journaling practice.
When words escape me, I turn to color and the creative process to guide me.
