Statement from the artist:
“Creation is directly tied to our life force and the energy that flows through and around us. This energy is teeming with creative inspiration and vitality. While creating, I aim to be a conduit for this energy.
Through the process and repetition of working within my mediums, I have been able to reach deep meditative and even transcendental states while immersed in the creative process. I see art as a way to transcend my own consciousness and express and interact with the collective subconscious.
I find that my best works are created when I see myself less as the creator and more as a participant in this exchange of energy.
My greatest joy from creating is passing off the spark of inspiration to another individual, allowing them to tap into that same creative force that allows me to be a creator.
I am in constant awe at the depths of the human imagination. The vastly different perceptions that we each experience is what truly makes art special and inspires me to keep pushing myself further as an artist to reach as many people as possible.
I hope that my journey will help inspire others to pursue their dreams and do what makes them happy!”
